During this week, the promotional posters were created. The reason I decided to create more than one promotional poster was simply because to let the consumers know that anybody can use our product either male or female and no matter their age.
The pictures above are the promotional posters. Some of the pictures are uploaded here beside the logo and the two promotional posters. The Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/barbioxdogg was also created for Echo headphones product to be able to reach our customers to see some of our Echo headphones and to be able to comment on the product. The product has already been posted on the Facebook page and we are already getting positive and negative feedback and ideas from our beloved customers.
The creation of the storyboard for the video advertisement has also been put into consideration after watching several videos of other competitors and will be completed next week.
This week was an exhausting but at the same time exciting because the company Echo, finally has an official logo. I was able to come up with a logo of my choice. The logo was designed to target the teenagers and older people. The Echo headphones is only available in white and black colour because I think it suites both the male and female in every aspect. And since music is an art form consisting of sequences of sounds in time, especially tones of definite pitch organized melodically, harmonically, rhythmically and according to tone colour and both the teenagers and the elderly listens to music one way or the other, this headphones is targeted for everyone and also the music fanatics for them.
Echo headphones is an advanced driver design for precise audio clarity; extra large speaker drivers for super deep bass. The headphones is extremely comfortable in wearing them. During this week, the research being carried out as to know what kind of company product logo. This was not a very easy mission to accomplish. This requires a lot of practice and understanding and research, it must be related to music and it must be unique and be able to win the hearts of the buyers because it is the key identity for the company. I have gone through some couple of audio headphones logo on the internet and tried creating some but I am not pleased with the outcome. And also research were made on how social networks affects the public, and how promotional video/advertisement are being made and also the sound effects and many more. I have watched several YouTube videos regarding this aspect.
The main point of this project is to create an advertorial of an electrical device consisting of two earphones held in position by a flexible metallic strap passing over the head. It is going to be a headphone audio that has an outstanding sound quality. The name of the company’s name is Echo. The reason I chose this name was simply because I wanted something related to audio, sound effect, music and I think that the name is alright. The idea is not to exhibit or display the product but to send the message to our valued customers that our headphones is not just any other headphones out there in the market but to let them know that there is a new and outstanding product out there. This blog is also going to give us the opportunity to promote our products to the public. The promotional poster is going to be on bill boards, bus stations, malls. And there will be an advertisement video that shall be uploaded on YouTube. Both promotional poster and advertisement video will also be placed on facebook, twitter and other social media networks.
Hello people, my name is Adekunle Adegbehingbe. This is my blog and it is being setup for my coursework. The coursework is about creating a promotional video/advert of a product for a fictitious company.
